Thomas shows off his Design project on Ancient Greece in the M1 Day at the Musuem
Dear Parents,
Our final assembly today highlighted again the great wealth of talent and commitment we have at ISM Arusha. Performances from EC and M1, along with piano solos, showed our musical talents, not to mention the great work of our CCA leaders with a Capoeira demonstration.
The broad nature of the IB programmes, linked with varied CCAs, allows our students to experience such a wealth of variety. This was reflected in the busy last week of Quarter Three: the M1 I&S museum morning, M5 Personal Project exhibition, Pi Day, the PYP fun swim event and the PYP student council disco – to name a few. Well done to everyone for all their amazing efforts in all that they do.
Reports were issued today for MYP and DP students in secondary. These detail the academic achievements of our students over the past quarter. Parents are also reminded that Managebac has up-to-date information regarding assessments and can be accessed at any time.
Today in PYP we issued the new Scholastic catalogues. You should also have received an email with details of how to order. Please ensure that all orders are placed before 09.00, on Friday 5 April.
I wish everyone a safe and relaxing break, wherever you may be, and look forward to welcoming everyone back for Quarter Four. The first day back is Monday 1 April.
Happy holidays,
Darren
