Dear UWC East Africa community,
For the last few years, we have run a wonderful Host Family Programme, connecting you with our Residential Students. We are incredibly grateful for the willingness and availability many of you have shown in the past and we, the Residential Staff team, would like to keep building on these strong foundations.
This programme allows our students to:
1 – engage with the school community,
2 – develop meaningful relationships for now and the future,
3 – experience life in Arusha and more, beyond our school campus,
4 – and more!
If you want to be a Host Family again or become one, please take 5 minutes to fill in this Host Families Questionnaire https://forms.gle/6hiNtL3BbsmjtwJU6 AND fulfill the agreement/Safeguarding section before Friday September 6. The general expectation (more details at the end of this questionnaire) is to “connect with their students once per school quarter (four times a year), whether it is for a walk, a coffee/tea, a dinner, a day trip, a sleepover, or anything else that respects your availability.”
